Why We Built This Site
Oklahoma gives the public broad access to court records. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. In Delaware County the Court Clerk keeps District Court case files, covering civil, criminal, probate, family, juvenile, and small claims matters. The County Clerk is a separate officer who handles land and recording records, such as deeds, liens, and judgments that affect real property. The Sheriff runs the jail roster and serves active warrants. Add the statewide court portal and Oklahoma agencies like the Department of Corrections, and the picture gets crowded fast.
