Delaware County Jail Booking Process

Delaware County Jail Visitation Schedule

Visits at the Delaware County jail run through Prodigy, an online video visitation service. Visitors set up an account, submit a photo for approval, and then schedule sessions online. Customer support for the system is reached at 866-700-4545 extension 7.

Onsite video visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, and each visit runs 20 minutes unless a visitor is late and another visit is scheduled after. Off-site video visits are open daily, and the session window appears five minutes before the scheduled time. The schedule below shows the daily off-site hours.

Visitors report to the lobby to register and must show a valid passport or a government issued United States or state picture ID. Only one adult visitor is allowed at a time. Juveniles must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or custodian and may not be left alone in the lobby or visitation area. The visitation space also has strict rules on what visitors may bring.

Money can be added by credit or debit card from anywhere through web deposits, and online ordering is linked through Tiger Commissary. All money left for an inmate at the jail must go through that lobby kiosk.

Money still in a commissary account at release can be collected only by the inmate when they are released. If a release happens over the weekend, the funds can be picked up Tuesday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
